Hike to Ama Dablam base camp 4,500m (9.8km - 6.6 hours)
This will be one of highlights of our trek. It’s all up for five kilometres, ending at the Ama Dablam climber’s base camp at the altitude of 4,600 meters.
The best bit were the views of loads of big mountains in every direction, including Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse. A tough but rewarding day.
