Trek to Panboche village 3,930m (13.5km - 7 hours)
We started trekking at 7:30am. Even leaving by Namche Bazaar, up 150 metres, was tough. At several points I thought I should turn back. But we slowed down and took more time.
In Tenboche we stopped for lunch and listened to the monks singing. It’s a must do for Everest climbers.
Overall, a very tough day.
