València - Day 13 In the late afternoon we headed to the Mestalla Stadium to watch Valencia CF play Mallorca. What a great place to watch football.

València - Day 12 Today we walked up the Turia park and ended up in Decathlon of all places. We had lunch in a park and then headed to the port area for the Good Friday parade. It was impressive, long and very sad feeling. Then home for a drink and tapas.

València - Day 11 Today was the last day of Spanish classes for Angela.

València - Day 10 Today Angela’s class was in the morning, so I swam and waited for her for lunch.

València - Day 9 Angela had class in the afternoon. So in the morning, I swam and then we walked to a flamenco shop.

València - Day 8 Today Angela started her week of Spanish classes. I swam and went for a long walk.

València - Day 7 Today we went to the beach. It was windy. But we watched two ultimate frisbee matched. Then a Palm Sunday procession.

València - Day 6 Today was a bit of a fail. We decided to head out of town to an artichoke festival that was open all weekend. However, after a complicated set of buses, it turns out the festival didn’t actually start until the evening and the artichokes were only on Sunday.

València - Day 5 Today we walked around the shopping areas for Angela, who found nothing. Then to the opera house to get tickets to a show only to find out that you have to do it online.
