USA - California - Mammouth - Day 34

Well, today has been interesting.

We had a big storm yesterday that has put all our JMT plans in jeopardy. A storm has shut down the road we need to use to start the trail, and the park might cancel our permits even if the road is ok. We are waiting and plotting alternatives. Annoying.

Before we knew all this, we dropped a resupply box at Red’s Meadow and hiked to Devil’s Postpile and Upper & Lower Rainbow Falls.
