Grisdale Tarn to Patterdale - Lake District National Park
My foot had become a bit of a problem. We decided to walk the five miles or so down to Patterdale and rest for the rest of the day.
Luckily, the Old Water View hotel had a shepard’s hut that we could use. I got Compeed plasters and generally rested. It helped.
