While I am still not 100%, I got out and hired a guide to walk me around Durbar Square, the historical centre of Kathmandu. There are many temples, both Hindu and Buddhist in Indian and Chinese styles. I also saw a living goddess, Kumari, who blesses Nepalese visitors.
I haven’t heard from Angela or Robin, but they should have arrived in Gokyo Lakes.
