Ate Lunch Daoli Vegetable Market (道里菜市场)
  Dinner Harbin 1907
Travel Walking 5.8 km

Today, we visited St Sophia Church, which was built when the Russians opened a train to Harbin. There must be a snow princess or angel story, as loads of people rented costumes and were having professional photo shoots outside.

Then, for lunch, we ate our way through the Daoli Vegetable Market. Everything was amazing. We cannot get over how much better the food is than thirty years ago. We also visited one of the many Russian food stores just to see what was available. Then we had a tea tasting, and Owen bought a bunch of lovely tea.

For dinner, we ate at the well-respected Harbin 1907 and tried the famous sweet and sour pork. Everything was excellent.

At night, we visited another park with ice sculptures that were much smaller but very intricate.

Tomorrow, we head to Beijing.
