Peru - Huayhuash hike - Day 2

Today we hiked to Laguna Mitucocha over Cacanan Pass at 4250 meters elevation. By midday, the clouds lifted above the peaks and we could finally see some of the peaks of the range. Very impressive.
It was cold, with snow on the ground; however, it wasn’t slippery or overly hard.
