València - Day 19
Good friends Aaron and Pamela Weiss suggested we try the Valencia wine festival. So we went along yesterday.
It was a lovely sunny afternoon and the festival was great. There were around 20 or so bodegas and 10 artisanal food stalls. We tried a good number of wines and vermouths and ate some great cheeses and sausages.
Afterwords we went to Mòlt bakery for an Easter specialty, Torrija, which is like a chilled French toast with a brûléed top.
Very decadent and delicious.
